We identified the gap and built the solution: Clearwire, a closed-loop infrastructure damage intelligence platform that connects field crews and operations teams from the moment damage is reported to the moment it's resolved.

A telecom contractor was running field operations on a patchwork of spreadsheets, Google Drive folders, PDF maps, Excel fiber charts, text messages, and emails. Job data lived in six different places and moved slowly. When a technician completed work in the field, everything needed to turn that completion into an invoice had to be manually hunted down and assembled. The process routinely took weeks.

We replaced the entire system with a single custom app built for the way their crews actually work, capturing job details, location, work performed, and documentation the moment a technician wraps up. The back office gets everything they need in real time.
